By purchasing from me, you are agreeing to these rules through your actions and participation.Violations can lead to refusal of service, blacklisting, or blocking.
1. General
1.1 I can decline, refuse, or turn down any commission, custom, or form of business that I do not feel comfortable with.
1.2 Do not clam my art or designs as your own; please put credit when applicable.
1.3 Do not remove or cover up my signature, and do not ask for it to be removed.
1.4 Do note that more complex orders / designs will take longer to finish.
1.5 I have intellectual property rights over my art and designs; I may post finished pieces online or use them in my portfolio.
1.6 My art style is a little messy, the lines and color will not be perfect.
2. Will and Won't Draw
2.1 I am open to the following items:
Humans / humanoids
Anthros / ferals
Light gore / candy gore
Mature / artistic nudity
Ship / couple art
2.2 I am NOT open to the following items:
Heavy gore
Sexual / NSFW / fetish art
Armor / Mechs
3. Payments / Revisions
3.1 You may choose to pay fully upfront or half at the start and half after.
3.2 Refunds can be discussed if the piece is unfinished. Finished art = no refund.
3.3 My work is skeb-like, meaning I do not send progress shots or WIP's.
3.4 Although, if you are like me (very particular), I can send WIP's if requested.
3.5 I offer two major revisions, anything after that will cost extra. Small tweaks can be done for free.
3.6 If you do not respond after a week, the commission will be left unfinished / the design will be resold.
4. Generative A.I.
4.1 ANY and ALL of my creations WILL NOT have anything to do with AI or NFT's.
4.2 I do not consent to my art being use for generative AI, prompt training, inputs, etc. Anything! No exceptions!
4.3 If you are found to be associated with AI or NFT's, it will lead to immediate blacklisting / blocking.
5. Customs / Adopts
5.1 My designs are not created to be scalped and tossed around; There is a two week cooldown before reselling or re-trading.
5.2 If you purchase the adopt as a gift for someone, there is no cooldown. At this point, you may only regift the design unless you have added to the value.
5.3 You may only resell a design for the value you purchased them for. EX: If you pay with a sketch bust and then turn around and sell it for a colored fullbody, you will be gray-listed!
5.4 Free art / gift art cannot be added to the value. If you draw them, purchase art, buy physical items, etc., it can be factored in.
5.5 I would prefer if you add some kind of art, writing, or love to the character before reselling. Again, this is to hopefully prevent adopt scalping.
5.6 Ask before redesigning, especially in major cases. I put carful thought into my designs, please acknowledge it.
